Thank you, LA, for joining us at The Echo. It was SOLD OUT! And it was a dream. Can’t believe that you babes formed a line that reached all the way to the bridge! Y'all are incredible. Thank you. Here are some magical photos by Danielle Ernst.
Our trip to New York was short, but sweet. Thank you to Baby's All Right for having us, to all of you beautiful humans for coming and dancing and singing with us, and to this magical, bustling city for hosting us. Enjoy this photo journal with film photos taken by Jesse, Maria and Josh. Hope to see you again soon, NYC. xo
There were so many incredible women that helped out with our video shoot for 'Déjate Llevar.' One of them being the multi-talented Payton Bednasek. Switching between a number of different cameras, some of the photos here were shot on 35mm, some of medium format film and some digital. She also helped brainstorm wardrobe and styling ideas with María two weeks leading up to the shoot and on the day of the shoot. We couldn't have done it without her. Watch the full video here.
Last weekend, we had the opportunity to record at Barefoot Studio in Hollywood, previously known as Crystal Studio. It's the home of the the 9ft Yamaha Grand Piano (known as the Stevie Wonder Piano). In every corner, there was a new "toy" to play with and the space was so conducive to creating. Thank you to Greg Camp for inviting us. Here's a glimpse of our weekend at this amazing place, captured on film by María.
We're so excited that our first video and single are finally out into the world (watch here). We started shooting the video back in February with some of our closest friends. We're so thankful to Barry Perlman for letting us shoot in his beautiful historic home and to everyone who came together and made this happen.
Here are a few behind-the-scenes shots, captured in film by Mimi Raver and digital by Yana Yatsuk.
The video was directed by the amazing Ian Lipton and produced by Miki Katoni.
Thank you so much to KCRW, Chris Douridas and School Night for having us this past Monday. It was such a magical night. We also helped raise over $400 in donations for the brave Syrian volunteers of The White Helmets. This world is a crazy place, and sometimes it feels like we can't do anything about it. But we can. To donate, click here. Thank you to everyone who came to the show, who donated and for your support. xx
Thank you to Martin Lambert for capturing the night.
